Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the training field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will handle client requests, manage course logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of our training programs.

Roles & Duties
  1. Handling client requests and taking action as needed
  2. Follow up on client requests and complaints until they are resolved.
  3. Reporting client complaints to the Training Operations HOD.
  4. Responsible for all course preparation, and course start-up reports.
  5. Responsible for reporting issues and technical problems in the LMS
  6. Responsible for all individual collections, weekly.
  7. Responsible for logistics (invoice delivery, transportation, etc...)
  8. Prepare presentations for running and upcoming courses.
  9. Responsible for preparing course material
  10. Responsible for exam registration
  11. Review operations Paperwork archiving
  12. Task-Based Communication with Vendors and Suppliers
  13. Make sure to open an online session (in the case of virtual training).
  14. Responsible for classroom course administration and attending classroom sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 4 to 6 years of working experience, preferably in the training field.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
