Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our workforce, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of HR functions with professionalism and efficiency.

Roles & Duties
  1. Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.
  2. Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, and social insurance authorities.
  3. Manage & update employees’ files and keep employees hiring documents completed.
  4. Organize & Record hard/soft copy of personnel data.
  5. Responsible for the preparations of all employees related duties such as employees' medical and social insurance.
  6. Responsible for employee’s database and records.
  7. Responsible for the employee filing system and maintaining a hard copy of all the documents required in employees’ files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law requirements.
  8. Follow up on the employee’s contract renewal process.
  9. Make sure all employee social insurance documents and forms (1,6 and 2) are available, updated, and processed in a timely manner.
  10. Responsible for all payroll processes including (Social insurance & Taxes).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Efficient user for the MS Office suite.
  • Very good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
